What does the campaign goal of 3,500 donors mean?

With 3,500 donors (or more!), we will be able to continue holding on to our renowned alumni participation record for annual giving.

To be counted as a donor this fiscal year, when does my gift need to be in?

Our fiscal year ends on June 30; therefore, online and credit card gifts must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EDT, and checks must be postmarked by June 30 to count for this fiscal year.

Does my gift have more impact if I give on or before June 30? 

Yes! An anonymous Holy Cross family is matching every gift, dollar for dollar, up to $500,000.

How do I designate my gift?

On the giving form, under the 'How would you like to designate your gift?' field, you can scroll through the drop-down list or start typing in your area of interest. If you start typing, available areas will appear based on the text you enter. Once you have found your desired designation(s), click the purple circle with the plus sign inside to select the designation(s).

What options exist for making a gift?

Our fiscal year closes on Monday, June 30, so we strongly encourage you to make your gift online before or by 11:59 p.m. EDT on June 30 to be counted as a donor for this fiscal year.

Checks can be mailed in via USPS but must be postmarked prior to or on Monday, June 30, 2025 in order to be counted for this fiscal year. If mailing via UPS or FedEx, checks must be received by June 30, not simply postmarked by June 30, in order to be counted for the 2025 fiscal year.

You can make a gift with stocks or securities. Please call us at 877-433-1843 or email our team at hcfund@holycross.edu to let us know so we can count your gift.

Gifts through donor-advised funds can also be made. To make a distribution to Holy Cross through your donor-advised fund, please contact your financial institution and include “HC fiscal year-end 2025” along with your gift designation. Let our team know at hcfund@holycross.edu so we can count on your support.

What payment methods do you accept online?

In addition to debit and credit cards, you can make your gift using PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay, ApplePay and/or Cryptocurrency.
